Cancellation Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. You will be charged up to 25% of services for any appointments cancelled after 24 hours.

Late Arrival Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Booking Policy

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment for all online services. For booking in the salon the following services have to be reserved on a credit card: Keratin Treatment, Hair Extensions and any service over 2 hours. We require a 25% deposit on the services.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. Gratuity is not included in services. Gratuity is accepted in the form of cash or may be added to the credit card charged.

Correction Policy

Our stylists stand behind their work. If you have any problems with your hair please call within seven days to have any issues resolved.

Promotions Policy

Discount and promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.

Retail Policy

Retail purchases can only be exchanged. Sorry but no cash refunds will be given.
